1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later. Items must:

Include all packaging, labels, and accessories

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued for:

Orders not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe
Provide proof such as photos, videos, or unpacking documentation. Refunds for change-of-mind are possible, with return shipping borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected.
4. Exchanges

Replacement items will be sent free of charge if undelivered due to carrier error.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in additional charges for replacement.
5. Exceptions
Refunds or returns are not available for:

6. International Orders
Customs duties or import taxes may apply. Returns or cancellations due to customs or shipping costs are generally not accepted.
