Refund Policy

At DENIMTEARSMERCHS, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later. Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all packaging, labels, and accessories

  • Be returned with prior authorization by contacting [email protected]

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued for:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Orders not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe

Provide proof such as photos, videos, or unpacking documentation. Refunds for change-of-mind are possible, with return shipping borne by the customer. Refunds are processed after items are received and inspected.

4. Exchanges

  • Replacement items will be sent free of charge if undelivered due to carrier error.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in additional charges for replacement.

5. Exceptions
Refunds or returns are not available for:

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts

  • Pre-order or custom items (unless defective)

  • Unauthorized returns or packages lost/stolen after delivery

6. International Orders
Customs duties or import taxes may apply. Returns or cancellations due to customs or shipping costs are generally not accepted.
